One of the biggest challenges was to ensure that Gourmade doesn’t lose sight of what’s happening with their customer data and the impact that email marketing is having on the revenue, retention and loyalty of customer purchase behaviours. With this in mind, it was imperative to ensure campaigns sent out via email was not only connected and linked up to WooCommerce – the eCommerce platform Gourmade uses but ALSO had a contributing UTM tag to allow us to truly understand the efficacy of the campaigns via Google Analytics.

Gourmade has a consistent and steady flow of targeted and highly effective email marketing campaigns. Email marketing being a relatively free source of revenue – it provides Gourmade with 13.8% of their revenue to date with the strongest conversion rate across all digital sources of 7.12%.
